This training is part of the obligations established by the Catalan Law on Effective Equality of Women and Men, Law 17/2015, of 21 July. Article 3 of the law establishes that the public authorities must apply the gender perspective and the perspective of women in actions, at all levels and at all stages, which is known as transversality of the perspective of gender and gender equality policies.
